Professional Dog Walking and Horse Sitting

I offer a personal service to provide animal care, ranging from House Sitting and Dog Walking to Horse Sitting. I can look after and feed small pets such as Rabbits, Guinea Pigs and Cats. I am based in Chiseldon and provide services to Swindon, Marlborough and surrounding villages including, Aldbourne, Wanborough, Ogbourne and Wroughton. I am more than happy to accommodate your needs in other areas within North Wiltshire, but please call me to discuss this.

  • I'm a member of the British Horse Society
  • I drive an unmarked car, so if you're out, burglars aren't made aware of this fact
  • I'm a one woman band, so it will always be me that looks after your animals
  • I own a horse, several dogs and have lots of experience as a veterinary nurse

About Me

Willow and Poppy

It has always being a long term ambition of mine to run my own business where I can do what I love most - spend all my time looking after animals. My name is Amanda Jones and I have worked with horses and dogs in several industries from the age of 16. I have a large and varied experience from horse racing to veterinary nursing, which has provided me with my extensive background in animal care. I have also gained NVQ Levels 1, 2 & 3 in equine science and care.

I have 4 dogs: Millie and Sweep, who are 10 year old Shih Tzu/Jack Russell cross-breeds and Willow and Poppy, also sisters, who are 1 yr old Jack Russell/Pomeranian/Chihuahua cross-breeds. I also have my pride and joy, 18 yr old Thoroughbred horse Backview.

For the past 2 years I have been working as a veterinary nurse at Woodlands Equine Services in Lambourn, but recently decided it was time to follow my heart and start my own business caring for the animals I've always loved.

I am extremely passionate about animals and with such a high-standard of knowledge I will provide the highest care for all of your animals, at all times.
